daily check in.
as much as i can, i rate my mental health and so should you. check in with yourself and ask the question: how do i feel? how is the outside world affective my well being? do i need more?

i can honestly say, every day isn’t a great day but every day i show up. that in itself is an achievement to be proud of. i believe people are fearful and forget that there are so many support systems, close friends, relatives, even strangers will bring something interesting to the table. we must believe that in some way, we are contributing to the world and we make a difference!
